During your first visit to our office, Dr. Cross will review what you can expect during your examination. After the evaluation is completed, he will then carefully explain the diagnosis and what choices you have in addressing this specific issue. He will answer all of your questions to make sure that you have a thorough and comfortable understanding.
His office will submit ALL of your dental insurance for you and inform your provider to reimburse you for your treatment directly. If you have special needs of appeals and/or additional documentation, Dr. Cross and his staff will quickly respond to all of your insurer’s requests.
